Supervision Fees & Structure

Clinical supervision for LMSW supervisees in the state of Texas is offered at a rate of $260 per month, which is $65 per session held. Supervision sessions are conducted remotely, allowing flexibility and accessibility for supervisees throughout Texas. Virtual supervision provides an opportunity for consistent support, professional growth, and clinical consultation while accommodating busy schedules and work demands.

In accordance with Texas state requirements, supervision meetings will occur at a minimum of weekly or bi-weekly intervals, depending on the supervisee’s employment setting, clinical hours, and individualized supervision needs. Sessions will focus on strengthening clinical skills, ethical decision-making, case conceptualization, diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, professional identity development, and preparation for independent clinical practice.

During the initial supervision agreement meeting, we will review expectations for the supervisory relationship and discuss the supervision curriculum in detail. This includes an overview of required topics, supervision structure, documentation expectations, learning goals, and areas of professional interest or growth. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative, and educational supervision experience that fosters confidence, competence, and professional development throughout your clinical journey.
