"I feel that often life has to be lived One Day at a Time, and during really tough times One Hour at a Time."
I recognize that life has its challenges and some moments are better than others in life. But during those difficult or uncertain times it can help talking to someone who can listen and give you objective feedback. There is no shame in reaching out and asking for help or wanting to better your life. Your seeking out a counselor and entering this page was the first step.
Talking to someone you don't know and telling them private and personal details about your life takes a great deal of courage. I truly appreciate the vulnerability and openness that clients have during the therapeutic process. For me, the greatest reward as a counselor is seeing individuals persevere and thrive after moments of opportunity and setbacks.
My hope is to help clients restore balance in their lives, and assist clients in working through past, present and future obstacles that may arise.
“The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be.”
- Ralph Waldo Emerson
